"Richard and his team were fantastic from beginning to end. I hadn’t purchased a home in more than 20 years and he took time to walk me through the process. He was easy to communicate with, understood what I was looking for and never pressured me in anyway. He also helped me connect with mortgage and closing companies and addressed an outstanding issue with the seller to ensure we could close the deal. Highly recommend!"

"Richard was wonderful to work with. He helped me stage my condo in DC and stopped by regularly to ensure it was perfect for showings. I live over 2 hours from the condo and Richard went over and beyond by checking security cameras, checking the deck and ensuring everything was working correctly. His attention to detail and responsiveness gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend him."
